Ingredients 4.5 ounces (128 grams) bitter or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped Place the chocolate in a medium bowl. In a small saucepan, whisk the heavy cream and malt powder together. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, whisking to make sure the malt powder dissolves completely. Pour the hot malted cream over the chocolate, and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
